Refund Policy

At Gold Feather Brand, customer satisfaction is important to us. We also operate in limited quantities, so we ask that all customers review this policy carefully before placing an order.

All purchases are considered final unless they meet the return or exchange conditions outlined below. Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis and only when the request meets the criteria in this policy.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted outside this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with no odor.

  • Original tags must be attached and packaging must be included.

  • Clearance and final sale items are not eligible.

We are happy to exchange an item and in the event that the same product is not available, issue a full refund to the original payment method if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive an incorrect item, size, or color than what you ordered.

  • The item from your order is missing.

NOTE: Clear photos or video must be provided within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Store credits will be sent by e-mail, do not expire, and are non-transferable or redeemable for cash.

Shipping & Processing

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error so we suggest obtaining tracking and insurance. Gold Feather Brand is not responsible for packages that do not arrive to our facility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may take longer which is out of our control.

To ensure fairness for all customers, we reserve the right to limit or decline returns in cases of excessive or unusual return activity.
