Orders are verified and processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during launches, sales, or holidays. We aim to fulfill orders in less time.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order ships and are not guaranteed. We ship domestically via USPS.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While Gold Feather Brand takes great care in packaging and securing your order, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages incurred during transit. Once the package is handed over to the respective courier, the courier is responsible or safe delivery. In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we recommend contacting the courier directly to resolve the issue.
